STUDENT / YOUTH POLICY (APPLICABLE YEAR-ROUND)

a. Student/Youth Travelers are defined as any guest 24 years of age and younger traveling without legal parent/guardian and is applicable at ALL Oasis properties on a year-round basis.
b. Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years of age. All rooms require one person that is at least 18 when occupied by a 17-year-old passenger. All students under the legal age of 18 require a notarized consent from parent/legal guardian providing authorization and taking responsibility for the guest. No passenger under the age of 17 years of age is allowed to occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them.
c. One chaperone is required per 1-19 students/youths. The minimum age requirement for a chaperone is 25. All students will be assigned a special bracelet for ID purposes; this policy is applicable year-round.

STUDENT / YOUTH RESORT FEE POLICY:

“The Pyramid At Grand Oasis Unbelievable ”

I’ve never been down south and I was in awe as soon as we walked on the resort. The whole thing was amazing and felt like a dream :) the resort was beautiful, fun, and entertaining! All of the staff were so kind with genuine smiles, that made you feel at home ❤️ I hope I can get back there someday because I absolutely loved Cancun and this resort. Tropical paradise ☀️

The strong points
I would quickly make my bed but the housekeeper would be by and make it perfect everyday. It was nice to sleep in at the end of a long day. Diana gave me the best massage I’ve ever had in the spa. I almost fell asleep. The resort had so much to do!

The weak points
I wish you could buy drinks and stay out later than 1am but it’s probably for the best haha

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pyramid. Their slogan luxury at the Pyramid oasis was upheld and fully demonstrated for us to enjoy..They were organized our arrival, stay and departure were smooth

Clean, service was great, management and staff were approachable and friendly. Any issue was dealt with promptly..The quality and diversity of places to eat and entertainment was great.

The weak points
The week we were there the ocean was rough and a lot of seaweed was floating and on the beach.

J'ai adoré cet hôtel l'intérieur de la Pyramid c'est tellement beau avec la végétation. La plage et la mer sont superbes. Il y a beaucoup de chaises et de lits partout sur le site j'ai fais beaucoup de voyages et je n'avais jamais vue ça ailleurs. Le buffet est bon mais un peu tiède. Il y a beaucoup de resto à la carte et c'est très bon. Au Pyramid vous avez droit à tous les restaurants sur le site. Resto Careyes Sea Food et Steak avec vue sur la mer pour diner et souper très bon. Ibiza avec vue sur la mer très bon. Un autre pour diner au dessus du Resto White Box est super bon. Ne manquez pas le Resto BlackHole dans le noir c'est une expérience à vivre de sensation de goûter j'ai adoré vous devez réserver. Si vous recevez une invitation pour un souper spectacle Red Cabaret Dinner Show réserver votre place c'est à ne pas manquer spectacle de chanteurs, danseurs, acrobates et humour de toute beauté et super belle ambiance et bon souper pour client du Pyramid seulement.Les spectacles sont d'une grande qualité il y a 3 sepctacles dans la Pyramid genre Cirque du Soleil Blanco, Quetzal et Origen à 20h00 jusqu'à 21h00 wow. Beau spectacle chaque soir au Kinky Cabaret à l'intérieur du Casino au sous-sol Show Burlesque super. Havana Night Club beau spectacle aussi chanteur live Bernetti et Band. Je n'avais jamais vues des spectacles aussi pro dans le sud. Il y a aussi des spectacles le jour sur le gros stage au bord de la mer c'est super avec lits et piscines de toute beauté.Il y a aussi de l'animation le jour des personnages se promène sur le site c'est vraiment l'fun et drôle.La mer est belle pas d'algues (un tout petit peu si il y a beaucoup de vent) les vagues aussi selon le vent des journées plus calme que d'autres, si vous savez nager aucun problème. La plage est large et le sable est blanc et la mer turquoise merveilleux. Les piscines sont longues et belles avec des palmiers, beaux jardins et belle végétation.Le personnel est d'une gentillesse extraordinaire partout sur le site, toujours prêt à nous aider ou nous donner de l'information.L'autobus passe en face de l'hôtel 1 pesos, si vous voulez aller au centre d'achat La Isla ou en ville. Si vous n'êtes pas dans la saison haute vous pouvez demander une passe pour aller passer la journée dans un autre Oasis à Cancun. En ville la mer est très calme.Je conseil vraiment cet hôtel et je vais y retourner c'est certain.

Le seul point négatif au buffet pour souper la nourriture est tiède
