Worldwide airport journeys just got a lot easier for all guests.

We are now offering an airport transfer service across our global network to all our guests. There are a range of different vehicle choices available with options to suit guests individual budget and requirements. The service is easy to book and is available through our airport transfer website. Plus guests can earn three Etihad Guest Miles for every $1 USD spent, on every journey.

Please note that our free Chauffeur Service will continue to operate from our home in Abu Dhabi for guests travelling in The Residence, First Class, Business Class and Redemption First & Business Class, subject to Fare Choice conditions. Guests can use the service when Abu Dhabi is the origin, stopover or final destination of their journey. Guests travelling in The Residence will continue to receive our complimentary Chauffeur Service across our network.

Tickets purchased before 3 July 2017, for travel after the new service is in place, will not be affected by the change. However, if a date change or a reissuance of the ticket is required the new policy will be applied.
