Westjet Offers Refunds

WestJet says it will begin providing refunds to passengers whose flights were cancelled due to the pandemic. It will begin with those whose flights were cancelled in March 2020 at the onset of the pandemic, to offer refunds in the original form of payment.

“The refund process is expected to take six to nine months to work through eligible requests,” WestJet said.

Those looking for refunds for trips booked through WestJet Vacations are asked to continue following the process already in place.
