Kapalua Beach has been voted the "Best Beach in Hawaii/the World” many times. This crescent shape beach is protected on both ends by lava rocks and the calm waters are perfect for snorkeling, swimming, and kayaking.

Waianapanapa State Beach is a black sand beach that can be accessed from the Road to. The beach faces a deep cove and is surrounded with lush vegetation. There is no swimming because of dangerous currents and jellyfish.

The quiet D. T. Fleming Beach Park offers good swimming and snorkelling.

Kaanapali Beach has grainy gold sand and a paved beach walk. It’s a wonderful beach for swimming and snorkeling where the waters are teaming with tropical fish.

Wailea Beach is a flat gold-sand beach ideal for swimming and easy boarding.
