This wonderful villa has a total living area of 625 square meters and is organized over three floors served by a majestic staircase.
On the ground floor, an entrance hall of 40 square meters serves a dining-room of 30 square meters. The dining room can host up to 23 guests. A great living room of 50 square meters opens on to a magnificent veranda rotunda. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an adjacent dining area, an office, a laundry room, a water closet, and a home cinema room with a three meter wide screen. The ground floor also has access to the duplex suite with its own bathroom and living room. The bedroom being located on the first floor.
On the first and second floor you will find five suites including the duplex suite bedroom, five bathrooms, some with walk-in shower and bathtub. Accommodation are for up to 18 guests.
Outside of the villa is a beautiful 600 square meter manicured garden. The villa has very high security levels. The main entrance is gated with 24-hour security and a 24-hour surveillance by a Police team.
