Unique resorts in Grenada

Grenada is a volcanic island that is home to both black sand and white sand beaches with water so clear that coral formations can be spotted from the air. Its landscape is made up of rainforests, a 13-acre Crater Lake, cascading cliffs, and volcanic hot springs. Explore the lush terrain and discover the history of the “Island of Spice”, the historic forts, or the underwater sculpture park.

Sandals Grenada features three distinctive villages; Pink Gin, South Seas, and the Italian Village. The Italian Village features skypool suites, where the Italian inspired suites have their own private pool connected to the room. South Seas rooms also have their own skypool and feature design influenced by the tropics. For the traditionalists, Pink Gin offers comfortable and luxurious rooms in a more familiar environment. Along with the popular Sandals food and drink locations, Sandals Grenada features a pair of more intimate and laid back dining experiences. The first is Le Jardinier, or “the gardener" in French. It is a Haute Cuisine restaurant in a romantic garden paradise, shaped and cared for by a skillful gardener. Le Jardinier embodies the allure and the beauty of the French countryside with classic French country furniture, a twig ceiling, exotic plants, fresh flowers, and the fountain. The second is Neptune’s, where the chefs have made it their mission to provide the most authentic reflection of Mediterranean heritage through robust menu offerings and a beautiful, rustic, open-air restaurant design with the stunning turquoise sea in the background. Scuba diving is always great in the Caribbean, but in Grenada it is a must. Sandals Grenada provides unlimited Scuba diving where you'll be treated to the spectacle of the healthy reef systems and well-preserved wrecks. The marine life is varied and exciting from tiny coral shrimps and reef sharks, to Hawksbill turtles and everything in between. Lastly, don’t forget the underwater sculptures. Off resort activities are also unique to Grenada. You can rent a private powerboat and head off on your own snorkelling adventure. You can tube along Grenada’s Balthazar River and you can tour the island by bicycle.
