I would give a 4 out of 5, food was extremely good, we enjoyed the New Year Eve buffet and the Hot Stone Cooking a lot. I could strongly feel the effort they put in for the event. The cons were the 2 rooms were very run down, big cracks in washroom floor tiles and the mirror edge seriously oxidized. Staffs not smiling too much but generally quite nice. The restaurant manager Pauline Johnston is amazing, always with big smile and very helpful. I think I will still come back to this resort but will get a better room next time.

The weak pointsRooms are run down in middle floors, newly renovated rooms are on lower 1st -3rd floors and the top 8th-10th floors according to them. Some rooms may have a garbage truck & treatment plant view right from their balcony.
