Sunwing Vacations has announced that the Royalton Blue Waters will open in November 2016. Adjacent to its sister resort, Royalton White Sands, the new property enjoys an oceanfront location in Montego Bay, Jamaica.  Both resorts will be offered exclusively in Canada by the tour operator.

Royalton Blue Waters will be included in Sunwing’s collection of SplashWorld Resorts, as guests will benefit from complimentary access to the on-site splash park and water slides at Royalton White Sands. The resort also offers a relaxing lazy river and choice of three spacious pools along with the option of renting a private poolside cabana. 

The 228 luxury guest rooms are elegantly decorated with signature Royalton touches such as DreamBeds, en-suite double-headed rain shower and Jacuzzi, plus a choice of either ocean-facing balcony views or exclusive swim-out pools. Vacationers can also look forward to modern features offered by All-In Connectivity including unlimited free long distance calls to North America and parts of Europe from their suite and complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the resort. 

Guests who upgrade to Royalton Blue Waters’ Diamond Club have access to an exclusive lounge featuring premium drinks, canapés and butler service, as well as an exclusive beach area and special pillow menu. 

In addition, full exchange privileges are offered with Royalton White Sands. 

Guests will have access to reservation-free dining across 11 restaurants in total including a large buffet, and seven individual à la carte restaurants ranging from Hunter’s Steakhouse and the Mediterranean-inspired Opa! to the best of Asian flavours at Zen Teppanaki and the resort’s own Jamaican jerk hut. 

For an additional cost, another popular dining experience available with the opening of Royalton Blue Waters will be the C/X Culinary Experience chef’s table. Other amenities offered by Royalton Blue Waters will include a world-class Royal Spa, kids and teens clubs, non-motorized water sports, and a daily program of activities and nightly entertainment.
