Southeast to West Greenland: Glaciers, Fjords and Viking History

This voyage explores the coastlines of east, south, and western Greenland, combining glaciers, fjords, remote communities, and Norse history. Guests will travel through dramatic landscapes shaped by ice while experiencing Greenlandic culture and the region's Viking heritage. The itinerary includes opportunities for Zodiac cruising, kayaking, hiking, and wildlife viewing, alongside visits to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites — the Ilulissat Icefjord and the Kujataa farming landscape. Historic and cultural sites connected to early Norse settlements and Inuit traditions are woven throughout the journey.

South Greenland: Alpine Exploration by Helicopter 

This activity-packed voyage is designed for travelers who enjoy spending time off ship exploring South Greenland by air, land, and sea. A key highlight is helicopter access to remote alpine regions and the Greenland Ice Sheet aboard Ultramarine. Guests can experience Zodiac cruising, hiking, kayaking, and camping, alongside visits to Greenlandic communities and the Kujataa UNESCO World Heritage Site. The itinerary also includes Tamassa — an intimate cultural exchange led by South Greenlanders held aboard the ship, offering a rare and personal connection to the region's people and traditions.
