La Bergerie, Terre Blanche is situated only 35 minutes from Cannes with easy access to the Cote d'Azur and 50 minutes from Saint Tropez. This property is perfect for a family getaway to the South of France, for peace and tranquillity coupled with the security and luxury of a villa.
Set in 1.4 hectares of beautifully landscaped gardens, La Bergerie is a truly spectacular French holiday location within the exclusive Golf Resort of Terre Blanche.
Completed in May 2012, the villa is constructed using only the highest quality materials and contemporary furnishings. The accommodation is light and airy with impressive double height entrance and sleeps 12 guests in 6 bedrooms, all with luxurious en-suite facilities of a standard rarely seen elsewhere. The kitchens are equipped with the best in professional appliances and the vast outside living and dining areas surround the magnificent swimming pool.
A further guest house was completed in September 2016, built to the same high specification as the main house. The guest house is nestled within the gardens of the property and offers two additional en-suite bedrooms, as well as an open plan living area with feature fire place and private terrace garden.
This really is a very special French property that enjoys a prime position close to both Cote d’Azur and Provence with unobstructed views and total privacy and private landing facilities.
