Regent Seven Seas Cruises has added Havana to two Caribbean voyages aboard Seven Seas Mariner in April 2017. The two voyages, April 11 and 18, will both overnight in Havana, giving guests time to experience the rich culture and history of this iconic city. They will both call on the new destination in Belize called Harvest Caye.

Explorations Central
Holland America Line is launching a new venue called Explorations Central (EXC); a comprehensive resource and engagement centre in the space currently occupied by the Crow's Nest. Through EXC, guests will be able to collect information about a port or indulge in a cup of espresso or Sudoku at the coffee bar.
Content will showcase digital storytelling and interactive video experiences on subjects ranging from travel and food to the arts. It will also feature a virtual ship's bridge where real-time data from the ship's actual bridge reveals the cruise experience to guests from a unique vantage point.
EXC Encounters brings local cultural representatives on board before the ship reaches the next destination to build anticipation for the adventures ahead.
EXC Port Maps are printed maps highlighting the key points in each port that are easily reachable during the stay in port.
New Vista Class ship for Carnival
A new 133,500-ton cruise ship, which will be the third vessel in the company’s Vista class series, will join the Carnival Cruise Line fleet in late 2019. The ship, under contract with Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri, was originally designated for the P&O Cruises Australia brand. In conjunction with this change, Carnival Cruise Line’s Carnival Splendor will be transferred to P&O Cruises Australia in late 2019.
The ship will offer many of Carnival’s most popular guest features, a wide range of accommodation types and a number of new innovations unique to this vessel. The ship’s name, homeport and itinerary details will be announced at a later date.
