The airline has also trained over 150 cabin crew as on-board sommeliers who will be helping the first and business class passengers to select the perfect wine to complement with the restaurant in the sky experience. The premium passengers will also be able to enjoy freshly made toast onboard the reconfigured Boeing 747 and Airbus A380 aircrafts. Turkish Airlines Turkish Airlines has introduced ‘Flying Chefs’, who cook and oversee food preparations alongside the cabin crew. The first and business class passengers are treated to a fascinating experience of dining in the restaurant in the sky, with an à la carte service. The premium passengers can look forward to enjoying a cup of freshly brewed tea from the ‘samovar’, indulge in homemade lemonade, or drink a variety of international and Turkish wines. Cathay Pacific Airways With its on-demand dining, special menus, champagne and fine wines, and caviar, food and beverage is taken up a notch for first class passengers in Cathay Pacific Airways. The passengers can enjoy freshly prepared fried eggs and toast. The customers travelling in business class will enjoy sipping fine wines such as Pietraregia Morellino Di Scansano Riserva DOC Maremma 2011 and Michelle Richardson Pinot Noir Central Otago 2012 , just to name a few.
