Carnival Corporation More social impact cruising

A passenger who tripped and fell on a carpet on the deck of a Norwegian Cruise Line is suing the cruise ship company. She alleges sustaining physical injury as a result of NCL’s failure to properly inspect the area around the carpet for tripping hazards.

The plaintiff, Susan Nolan requests a trial by jury and seeks damages, all medical expenses, all legal fees and interest plus any other relief this court deems just.
