Caribbean Airlines NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN LOYALTY SYSTEM

We are happy to inform you that the journey to integrate the Caribbean Miles & 7th Heaven Rewards frequent flyer programmes and migrate to one platform is finally nearing completion. Over the next months, we will be working to upgrade our loyalty system and our e-commerce website which will truly put our loyal customers back at the heart of our organization. We thank you for your continued loyalty and your understanding throughout the process and look forward to being able to offer our mutual customers an enhanced product by January, 2017

The implementation is planned in three phases with the following benefits to be derived.
Phase 1 (September 2016)
 Complete synchronization of all loyalty profiles with reservations system allowing for automatic update of PNR with FF number and ability to view member tier status and preferences
 One step reward redemption via the Caribbean Miles Service Centre where, booking, reward redemption and acceptance of payment may be completed in one transaction
 Triggered email notification of due expiration date of miles, change to account status, change to tier status
 Monthly electronic statements
Phase 2 (November 2016)
 Online Reward Redemption
 Online Enrollment and acceptance of fees in the Club Caribbean Programme
 Online adjustments to account profile for selected data fields
Phase 3 (January 2017)
 Online payment for miles extension (prior to due expiration date)
 Online payment for miles reactivation (post expiration for specified period)
 Online purchase of mile
 Online third party nomination and reward redemption, miles transfer and account pooling directly by member
Notification of system freeze
In order to complete the migration exercise, a system freeze is scheduled for the period 19-21September, 2016. During this period, access to the current systems will be inhibited and no accrual or redemption activities or upgrades will be feasible, neither will we have access to the customer’s account to respond to any queries/perform any profiles updates.
Please ensure that all client requests for this period are concluded no later than 4.00p.m. on Friday 16th September.
IMPORTANT UPDATES
 Existing members will be assigned a new frequent flyer account number and will be notified of the new number upon first log-in to the system post cut-over, however, the system will allow them to continue to accrue or redeem miles using the current account number for a period of time. Members should be encouraged to access the system and make a note of the new account number as soon as possible after the new system is launched.
 Existing members, who have not previously provided a valid title, will be required to contact the Caribbean Miles Service Centre to update their account profile in order to access and update their profile online.
 Existing members, who have not previously provided a valid e-mail address, will be required to contact the Caribbean Miles Service Centre to update their account profile in order to receive statements and all triggered communications.
 Claim for missing miles may be submitted no earlier than 3 days post travel date and no later than 6months post travel date
NEW MEMBER ENROLLMENT
In order to successfully enroll in the Caribbean Miles programme, prospective members will be required to provide the following mandatory information

 Gender
