WATCH THAT And get a grope

A couple of nasty incidents involving the TSA have emerged recently.   A Transportation Security Administration screener has been charged with stealing a passenger's $7,000 diamond watch at a JFK security checkpoint, and another pair had a little routine going that allowed the selective groping of good-looking guys.
The watch

Authorities say video shows TSA screener Margo Grant-Louree picking up the watch from a plastic bin and walking away with it on Aug. 26.

When other agents began searching for the expensive watch, Grant-Louree told investigators that she grew so nervous she took the stolen item into the bathroom and destroyed it. The TSA agent quit her job shortly afterwards.

The Brooklyn resident was arraigned Thursday night in Queens on charges of grand larceny and official misconduct.

The grope

Security footage, and a report from a fellow agent, uncovered yet another bit of TSA misconduct.   27-year-old Ty Spicha and 22-year-old Yasmeen Shafi appeared to be doing their jobs.

Turns out however, that Shafi was allegedly helping Spicha grope attractive passengers.

It was a cute trick.  Whenever Spicha spotted a good-looking male passenger, Shafi would trick the machine into identifying him as female. The machine would then (obviously) identify an irregularity in the passenger’s genital region and Spicha got to thoroughly pat down the cute guy, getting a feel in the bargain.

Shafi admitted that they used the trick on at least 10 different victims.

Describing the behaviour as “shocking and egregious,” the TSA launched an investigation and subsequently fired the pair for misconduct. No criminal charges have been filed.
