I think when the bank cancelled my card for the multiple air canada charges maybe they cancelled this charge too but I’m trying to get to the bottom of it.
I don’t have enough funds for an etransfer today. If
anything I would be able to etransfer first thing Friday morning when our
client payments come through.
I’m taking to my bank. They said if I sign a form they can remove this transaction from dispute
Ok. I’m working on it. They are sending me the forms I need to fill out.
I have just left the bank branch and submitted the forms. They said they will contact the merchant within 24 hours to advise that the charge is no longer being disputed. So I assume you will hear from them ASAP.
I asked them if they can call you and they said that they have to communicate directly with the merchant who made the charge in this case being air canada. I have spoken to air canada rep as well. They have said that Air Canada will be notified ASAP that the charge has been accepted. That’s the most I’m able to get them to do right at this time. I have never had this happen before and it’s been the most stressful experience.
Just as an update I also spoke with Micky in air canada vacations accounting and explained the situation again.

Yes, passengers were spoken to and in the end are unable to pay for file, therefore they were checking out at 9 this morning. File has been fully cancelled.

After speaking with Hilary Hui (female), I can confirm to you that she is not the actual cardholder, though this should not be made known to her.
The Destination Reps have already left a message for the passengers, regarding payment. Nothing more will be discussed with Hilary Hui from this point on.
I will advise you on the outcome, I was told this would be before noon tomorrow.

Yes please proceed to collect from the passenger. I did contact the hotel this morning they have it on record and advised me that they need to hear from Air Canada Vacations. Also left Kumar a message saying that they need to pay this at the hotel
