Some people drift off easily on a plane, others find it impossible to sleep.  Now an infographic created by Work the World offers some suggestions as to how to go about getting some shut-eye while travelling.
Seems all passengers have to do is follow these 10 simple tips to help them relax and doze off.

They include getting a little less sleep the night before the flight, stretching or yoga before boarding. They should also bring a range of helpful items onto the plane, including earplugs, noise cancelling headphones and a music player, a water bottle and sleeping mask.
