‘Big Chill’ is a luxurious six-bedroom all suite villa situated in Leeward’s prestigious canal system with very close proximity to some of the best beaches The Turks and Caicos has to offer. Each suite boasts an ensuite bathroom, a flat screen monitor, central air conditioning and it’s own private balcony.
The living, dining and kitchen area combine for one large ‘Great Room’ that creates a comfortable, social setting that seamlessly opens up to the exterior pool deck via large 11’ Italian glass sliding doors.
The pool deck offers al-fresco seating throughout, including lounging sofas, sun chairs, a poolside daybed and the villa’s very own fire pit. There is an outdoor kitchen with a wet bar and large 42” gas barbeque, perfect for creating your family’s lunches and dinners under the Caribbean sun. The pool is a large 15’ x 45’ lap or lounge pool with a maximum depth of 5’. The pool additionally and conveniently includes an infant’s section that is only 1’ in depth.
Running parallel to the pool deck is a mini turf soccer pitch, complete with it’s own two goals.
Along the canal, Big Chill has a large dock, suitable for charter boats to easily pull up and take guests on the adventure of their choice. The villa’s concierge and management team are readily available to make any reservations upon the request of guests. The dock also offers paddleboards and kayaks complimentary for guests to use during their stay.

Please Note: Air Conditioning is metered on this property to discourage use while doors and windows are open. Upon check-in, the villa manager will read and explain the A/C meter to you. Any usage exceeding the A/C allowance of $400 per week will be charged to the guest at the raw cost per kilo-watt hour.

Bookings made for 7 days or more are given a complimentary 1/2 day boat trip on Big Chill's "Little Chill" power catamaran boat (The boat comes with a captain). Dates for the boat are subject to availability and booked after the house has been confirmed.
Please note that same day turnovers are not possible at Big Chill, there must be a day in between bookings. Minimum night stay may vary by villa. Please contact a villa specialist to confirm.
