The Antilles Pearl is a 12,000-square-foot villa with one master suite
with private terrace, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower
for two, four additional en-suite bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The Antilles Pearl is handicap accessible and has five bedrooms for up to ten guests. The villa is fully air-conditioned but also has ceiling fans for those who prefer the natural breezes of Anguilla.
The Living Room is truly spectacular with 21' high ceiling. Relax while looking out to the Caribbean Sea and the swimming pool. The indoor furniture has been designed by June Goldfinger in geometric shaped rattan that has jeweled colored raw silk cushions that you can just melt into your comfort zone.
The magnificent creation of glass and light are combined in the rare Artistic Scavo Lights hand made by a Master Artisan from Murano, Italy. When the lights are switched on, the artwork comes alive in beautiful colors. Ten of the lights grace the walls in scenes of sea life.
An elevator is available from the 1st through the 3rd floors that will accommodate wheelchairs but also for those who find stairs difficult or for guests tired from all the activities of the day.
Your entertainment center is for watching movies, shooting a game of billiards, a game of ping-pong or air-hockey, playing games and sipping drinks. Custom built pool table with teakwood and stainless steel finishes. Flat Screen TV with surround sound stereo (5 speakers), DVD player, VCR, cable programming and movie library with over 300 movies. Relax and enjoy the stereo system throughout the villa on 23 speakers throughout 7 regions with a CD library of over 500 titles. You can listen to Island Music or your favorite song in the Game Room while your travel companion is enjoying jazz at the poolside. Use special LCD remote panels that can operate music and entertainment center from anywhere on the property controlling different music for each of the 7 zones.

The Master Suite also has an attached fourth floor balcony that includes a private bar area, office or a optional crib for babies . The complete wet bar has marble finishes and offers exceptional views of St. Martin and the beach area. The office is complete with a personal computer including Internet access, printer and copier.
