The spacious indoor living room, which is furnished with white sofas, opens in the back to a dining table with seating for 8 guests and an outdoor living area to the front. The outdoor living area is comfortably furnished with a white sectional sofa and chairs facing the view.
The well-equipped kitchen has an open, outdoor bar with stools. The eye-catcher is the spacious gazebo, which sits in front of the kitchen and houses an outdoor dining table.
On either side of the living room are 2 master bedrooms, which are decorated in earth tones with beautiful wooden furnishings. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the middle level. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a TV with the U.S. and French satellite services, a large dressing area, and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
A deck with loungers surrounds the large infinity pool. The house also has a 3-car garage on the street level, a gas grill, and WiFi throughout the property.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
