“Excellent Hotel”

I was by myself, Stayed here for 8 days. It's a beautiful hotel, very well quipped and well maintained. The rooms are very nice and clean, with great views, beds were nice and comfortable, excellent air conditioners, the food was excellent, I had breakfast every morning at 24 seven restaurant, lunches at the buffet all you can eat for $15 dollars, and dinners at the Chinese restaurant. Excellent customer service and very friendly/skilled staff. Palms pool was my day relaxing place, very nice pool and fun for all ages. I would definitely stay at the same hotel when I return to Vegas and I would definitely recommend Palms to all my family and friends.

The strong points I loved the Palms pool and the restaurants. The weak points I wished I had more to spend at the hotel.

“Nice and quiet”

Just what we wanted, rooms with great design, brand new, nothing is worn and tired looking. It is quiet as it is away from the strip. We needed rest so we were happy about that. Restaurants are ok, breakfast buffet is really great. Movie theatre in the facility is awesome

The strong points Modern beautiful clean and quiet. Movie theatre in the facility is a plus. The weak points Too difficult to walk to the strip. We walked once but would not do it again. Walking along the highway is not that great.

“I love Las Vegas!”

The palms is a great resort in many aspects. Great restaurants with many options - mexican, buffet, bistro - all great choices. Friendly customer service throughout hotel staff with the exception of some of the cocktail waitress at the pool bar who acted like you didn't existed when questions were asked. Good security throughout. Friday and Saturdays at the pool are insanely packed as they usually feature a guest dj of some sort, and others come to the Palms to party. Amazing quality for price. Casino is not a big or busy as some of the other larger resorts on the main strip - but, that is sometimes refreshing. The hotel is at the end of the strip - once again a good and bad thing - not as busy, but lots of beautiful staff and guests. Various nightclubs on resort - Moon and Rain are great and get quite packed - also feature guest djs. Our room was nice. Some problems with the latch lock - we somehow managed to lock ourselves out on three occasions, and the shower handle fell off the last day. Engineering was quick to be called and responsed immediately. Wifi easy to connect to, but connection wasn't always great. We were also able to negociate a later check-out time as a result. Great experience overall would stay there again.

The strong points Pool. Restaurants. Guest DJs. Nightclubs. Front desk. Customer service. Hospitality and cleanliness. Quality for price. The weak points Off the strip. Smaller casino setting. Wifi. Cocktail waitresses at pool. Lock and shower handle needing to be called to engineering.

“On a revendu notre chambre!”

Du banditisme « across the board »! JAMAIS!

The strong points AUCUN! MERDIQUE! The weak points POURRI SOUS TOUS RAPPORTS.
