Gratuity policy change for Travel Consultant and Commodore bookings

Effective May 25, 2016, gratuities for all new Travel Agent and Commodore bookings will be mandatory, prepaid, nonrefundable and are not transferable. As a reminder, the amount of gratuities charged is:

Amounts shown above are in USD. For ships operating in AUD, guests will pay the equivalent of the USD amounts above. 
This gratuity will be shared amongst staff that helps provide and support our guests' cruise experience, including all wait staff, stateroom stewards, buffet stewards, and housekeeping staff across the fleet. A 15% gratuity is added to bar charges and dining room wine accounts. Guests booked under the Travel Agent and Commodore promo codes will not be able to remove the gratuities on their folio once onboard. If a booking cancels pre cruise, gratuities are fully refundable.
