Toronto Police Seeking Assistance to Locate Travel Agent Wanted in Fraud Investigation Carolyn (Michelle) Solomon

Toronto Police have issued a News Release seeking the assistance of the public to locate Carolyn (Michelle) Solomon who is wanted in a Fraud Investigation.

In response to numerous complaints from consumers who received unauthorized charges on their credit cards, TICO conducted an investigation and, to date, has laid a total of 18 charges against Ms. Solomon for operating as a travel agent without registration. TICO's charges relate to Ms. Solomon's activities after the registration of Blue Mountain Travel in Toronto was terminated in July 2015.
In October of 2015, following TICO's application to the Superior Court of Justice, an Order to Cease and Desist prohibiting Ms. Solomon from selling travel services without registration was issued.
On April 15, 2016, Ms. Solomon was arrested by Toronto Police and was charged with two counts of fraud over $5,000. Since that time and after further investigation, Toronto Police have charged her with numerous other offences.
