TICO CHARGES

Alicia Kielek was charged with three counts of operating as a travel agent without registration, contrary to the Travel Industry Act, 2002. Kielek operated in Toronto and elsewhere in Ontario. This is the fourth time Kielek has been charged under the Act.  
To date, a total of 29 counts have been laid against Kielek. The first court appearance is scheduled for November 19, at 9:00 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Court, located at 70 Centre Avenue, Toronto, Ontario. Jinling Wei and Herui Travel and Tours Corp. (Herui Travel) were each charged with one count of operating as a travel agent without registration, contrary to the Travel Industry Act, 2002. Wei and Herui Travel operated in Toronto and elsewhere in Ontario. Wei and Herui Travel were previously charged by TICO and convicted in November 2012 of operating as a travel agent without registration.

Marek Paszyn and Aquarius Scuba Diving Centre Inc. (Aquarius) were each charged with one count of operating as a travel agent without registration, contrary to the Travel Industry Act, 2002. Paszyn and Aquarius operated in Toronto and elsewhere in Ontario. The first court appearance is scheduled for November 19, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Court, located at 70 Centre Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.
