LETTING GO AT TRAVELBRANDS

And, what’s up at TravelBrands? It must be that time of year. We hear that there is lots of activity at Explorer Drive. Last week there were layoffs, dismissals and shuffling of people. Four more were laid off yesterday and the shuffling may not be over.

Many of the “legacy” agents are gone and our sources tell us that there just aren’t many agents remaining. August is the callback date for some – but no guarantees. We also hear that at least one of the business units is not performing anywhere near expectation. It’s going to be an interesting summer.
