Entry/Exit Requirements

A passport is required to travel to Barbados and a valid return ticket. The passport must be valid for the duration of the stay. A tourist visa and business visa is not required but a student and working visa is needed.

The weather in Barbados year round is normally sunny and warm. Barbados is said to have 3,000 hours of sunshine every year. Although it is has a lot of sunshine the nights are cooler. The dry season is from January to June.

Carnival/Crop Over

This is the most popular and colourful festival in Barbados. The crop over season used to celebrate the ending of the local sugar cane harvest. Calypso is one of the main features of the crop over. This season starts from July to August. This festival is fun for many Barbadians and visitors who want to have a fun and exciting trip.

Swim with Turtles
